We use US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
For domestic orders with amount more than $50.00, we provide free shipping (default method: USPS services). If you prefer a shipping method other than the default one, you can select UPS and pay for shipping.

Typical travel time is 4-10 working days regardless of destination (pick up day does not count), but it is not guaranteed. This shipping option is not insured.

For domestic orders shipped via UPS Ground, YOU MUST PROVIDE A PHYSICAL DELIVERY ADDRESS.
Return & Exchange Policy
For domestic orders shipped via UPS Ground, YOU MUST PROVIDE A PHYSICAL DELIVERY ADDRESS. You can find the delivery lead time in the following map.

You may return any item within 30 days for a full refund of the price of the item. All returned items must be in original package and in new condition. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Fish Nature Inc will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Wrap and box item securely to avoid damage in transit. Please note that we cannot provide refunds on items that are received in a damaged condition as they are not resalable. If you ship your return by UPS it is insured automatically for up to $100. If you ship through USPS, please insure the package. Please provide invoice number.

We reserve the right to examine and inspect all merchandise before issuing a refund.

We reserve the right to terminate a transaction at any point once an item has been returned to us and a refund has been issued to the customer. We are under no obligation to re–send a replacement or exchange at additional shipping cost to our business.
